Dal Sprout Parantha
Ingredients
- Moong
dal Sprouts - 1/4 cup.
- Wheat
Flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Salt
to taste
- Red
chilli - 1/4 tsp.(optional)
- Oil
- 2-3 tsp.
Method
- Mix
Moong dal sprouts in a little water and make a paste in the grinder.
- Take
wheat from in a pan. Add moong dal paste. Knead the flour.
Consistency of the flour should be good enough to make the parantha.
- Add
the spices while kneading the flour.
- Let
the dough rest for about 15 mins.
- Roll
out thin paranthas and fry in minimum possible oil. (just to coat
a thin film).
- Serve
with curd and vegetable of your own choice.

Bhelpuri
with Moong Dal sprout
Ingredients
- Moong
dal sprout - 1/2 cup
- Puffed
Rice - 2 cup
- Aloo
bhujia - 1/4 cup
- Onion
chopped - 2 tbsp.
- Lemon
a squeezed to taste.
- Khatti
chutney - 1 tbsp.
- Salt
to taste.
- Meethi
soanth
- Coriander
leaves - 1 tbsp.
Method
- Mix
all the ingredients together and serve garnished with coriander leaves.

Khichri
Ingredients
- Moong
dal - 1 cup
- Rice
(Good quality) - 1 cup
- Salt
to taste.
- Asafoetide
(Hing) - a pinch
- Zeera
- 1 tsp.
- Butter
- Clearified
- 1 tbsp.
Method
- Wash
moong dal and rice together.
- Keep
aside soaked in water.
- Heat
clearified butter. Put hing and zeera. Let the zeera splutter.
- Add
washed rice and dal. Put 6 cups of water and salt to taste. Let it
cook till it is done.
- Serve
hot with required compliments.

Meethi
Soanth
Ingredients
- Dry
raw mango powder - 1 tsp.
- Sugar
- 5 tsp.
- Salt
to taste
- Red
chilli powder - a pinch
- Black
Salt - a pinch
- Roasted
zeera powder - a bigpinch
- Water
- 2 tbsp
Method
- Mix
all the ingredients. Boil the mixture. Keep stirring constantly. Serve.

Instant
Dhokla
Ingredients
- Semolina
- 1/2 cup.
- Chick
pea flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt
- 1 tsp.
- Eno
fruit salt - 1 tsp.
- Ginger
- 1/2 piece
- Green
chilli - 2
- Curd
- 1 1/2-2cups
Method
- Dry
roast semolina till its raw flavour goes away. It should not become
brown.
- Mix
in the chick pea flour. Let the mixture cool.
- Grind
ginger and green chillis into a fine paste.
- Mix
it in semolina.
- Add
curd and make a smooth paste. Add salt.
- Greeze
the pan in a dhokla maker or an idli maker.
- Add
eno fruit salt in the mixture and quickly pour the mixture in the
pan and steam for about 15-20 minutes.
- Check
it with the knife. It should come out clean when pierced into it.
- Serve
hot.

Khatti
Chutney
Ingredients
- Coriander
leaves chopped - 1 cup
- Green
chilli - 2-3 optional
- Salt
to taste
- Lemon
juice - 2 tbsp.
- Ginger
- 1/2 piece
- Zeera
- 1 tsp.
- Water
- 1 tbsp.
Method
- Grind
all the things together and adjust the taste. serve.

Cheella
Ingredients
- Rice
- 1 tbsp.
- Moong
dal - 1 tbsp.
- Channa
dal - 1 tbsp.
- Arhar
dal - 1 tbsp.
- Urad
dal - 1 tbsp.
- Salt
to taste
- Green
chilli chopped - 1 tsp.
- Ghee
- 4 tbsp.

Method
- Wash
and soak all the dals and rice together for 5-6 hrs. Grind them into
a coarse paste. Add a little water.
- Heat
a pan. Greeze it. Spread the mixture into a thinnest layer possible
in a pan.
- Sprinkle
a little ghee. Turn the side of cheela. Sprinklemore ghee. Let it
cook till light brown.
- Serve
with sauce or chutney of your own taste.
