Mix lukewarm milk and curd and let it set for 3 hrs. method.
Soak Dal, soak rice, knead the flour.
Cut the vegetables of your choice and puree the tomatoes.
Put the vegetables in soaked dal. Put washed potatoes in Dal mixture to boil.
Add turmeric powder and salt.
Pressure cook for 15 min.
Keep the rice for boiling adding water and butter. First give it a boil and then let it simmer for 10 min. with the lid on.
Heat clarified butter. Add all the spices and temper the dal.
Take out potatoes from the dal, peel and mash them, add chopped green chillies coriander and chopped onion and salt. mix.
Heat a pan roll out paranthas stuffed with potato mixture. Fry on both sides in a pan.
Serve hot with dal, boiled rice and curd.
